The menu changes
every month.
We write the menu around what the producers have, not the other way round. Here's what's on the plate now, in June.

under lights and vine.
In summer we move the table outside. A quiet old-town courtyard with potted olive trees and warm evening light — seasonal, while the weather holds.
Andrei & Ioana Marcu
We opened Bistro Verde in 2019. Andrei cooks — six years in Austrian kitchens behind him. Ioana runs the floor and the wine. We're a couple and a small bistro; most guests we come to know by name.
