1. About this document
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website bistro-verde-website.pages.dev ("the Site") and the relationship between you, as a visitor or client, and Bistro Verde ("we"). Using the Site implies acceptance of these Terms.

3. Who the Site is for
The Site presents Bistro Verde's services and lets visitors get in touch via the form, phone or WhatsApp. The Site does not sell products or services directly online — any transaction follows an individual discussion. The Site is intended for people over 16.
4. Services offered
Bistro Verde is a farm-to-table bistro based in Brașov old town:
- Seasonal à la carte — mains 38–62 lei
- Business lunch (3 courses, weekdays) — 45 lei
- Tasting menu (5 courses) — 180 lei (+90 lei wine pairing)
- Weekend brunch — 55 lei/person
- Private events (up to 30 guests) — bespoke menu
Listed prices are indicative; the menu changes monthly with the season. The final price is confirmed at reservation.
5. How a contract is formed
Submitting the form does not constitute a confirmed reservation — it is a reservation request. We call to confirm (usually the same day or within 24 hours). The reservation is considered formed once we confirm the table and agree the details (date, time, number of guests). For same-day, call us directly.
6. Payment
Payment is made as agreed at booking confirmation (cash or card). Fiscal documents are issued per Romanian law.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 24 hours in advance, by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation outside this window may incur costs depending on the situation.
8. Complaints and disputes
For any complaint, contact us directly at salut@bistroverde.ro or +40 368 100 220; we aim to resolve it within 30 days. If amicable resolution fails, you may use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) mechanisms coordinated by ANPC: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal · reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. For cross-border EU disputes: EU ODR platform.
9. Liability
Site content is informational. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but errors may occur; we are not liable for indirect damages except where the law provides otherwise. The Site is provided "as is". External links (Facebook, Instagram, Google) have their own policies, for which we are not responsible.
10. Intellectual property
The Site's content (text, images, logo, design) is the property of Bistro Verde or used with permission and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. You may share links and print pages for personal use.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site for spam, security attacks, automated scraping or impersonation. We reserve the right to block any IP that violates these Terms.

13. Changes, force majeure, severability
We may update these Terms; the current version is dated at the top. We are not liable for force-majeure events per the Romanian Civil Code. If any clause is void, the others remain in force.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved per section 8, with jurisdiction in the county of the company's registered office.
